One Bedroom Suite: 579 square feet, king bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, mini kitchen, washer/dryer, sleeps 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 600-950 square feet, king bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, whirlpool tub in the bathroom with separate shower, dining area, washer/dryer, balcony.

Two Bedroom Deluxe:1200-1800 square feet and has two full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, washer & dryer, jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Each unit is elegantly decorated with comfortable furnishings, televisions in each main room and free Wi-Fi in some units and several hot spots around the resort. Most of the units have full ocean views and we can request one to make sure you have the best view!

Two Bedroom Lockoff: Approximately 1800 square feet, the combination of a one bedroom deluxe and one bedroom suite. Each side has a king bed, full bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, dining area, washer/dryer. The deluxe side has a full kitchen and whirlpool tub in the bath, the suite has a compact kitchen.

Three Bedroom Deluxe: 1455 square feet, king bed in two bedrooms, two double beds in the third bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, 2 full bathrooms with whirlpool tub in the master, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 10.

Four Bedroom Presidential: 2570 square feet, two master bedrooms with king beds, two double beds in other two bedrooms, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, four full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs in masters, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 14.

Located on a stretch of pedestrian-only beach, and sharing space with the 80,000 square foot Ocean Walk Village complex, staying at Wyndham Ocean Walk is like two vacations in one. Walk outside the resort doors and you're on the world's most famous beach. Step next door and you're at a whole complex of shops, restaurants and a movie theater!

The Daytona Beach area is best known for its 23 miles of wide beaches and NASCAR racing. But that's just for starters. There are downtown historical areas to be explored, deep sea fishing and diving, and hundreds of other recreational activities. Along the many winding waterways you're likely to see wild dolphins, jumping fish, and graceful water birds. It's all here just waiting to be discovered.

Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Volusia County Central Parking Garage for a daily charge (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway).

Wyndham Sea Gardens creates the perfect family seaside vacation. The resort is located just across the street from the beach, where you can bask in the sun or splash in ocean waves. Take a dip in the crystalline waters of the three on-site swimming pools (one is heated). The area offers several water sports to enjoy. Brand new resort, right in the middle of the Disney properties. Bonnet Creek has free transportation to the Disney parks (huge since parking at Disney is $11/day!) and lots of wonderful activities for children and adults.

Four bedroom presidential: over 2500 square feet, two master suites with king beds and whirlpool bathtubs, two other bedrooms with two double beds in each, two more full bathrooms (four total), sofa sleeper in the spacious living room, large kitchen with beautiful dark wood cabinets and granite countertops, long dining table, laundry room inside the unit, beautiful and long balcony. Full condo - sleeps 12.

Three bedroom: over 1500 square feet, the master suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom has a king or queen bed, the third bedroom has two double beds. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower combination. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full condo - sleeps 10.

Two bedroom deluxe: approximately 1200 square feet, the master suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous bathroom, complete with a corner whirlpool tub for two, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom has two double beds for your kids or guests and an additional bathroom with bathtub and shower combination. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full condo - sleeps 8.

One bedroom deluxe: over 900 square feet, king-sized bed in the master with a large whirlpool tub (and separate shower) in the beautiful bathroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Sleeps 4.

All units: There is a washer/ dryer unit in each private condo for washing clothes and swim suits. The kids will spend a lot of time in the beautiful pool with lazy river. There is a great exercise room for grown-ups too. Each unit has a beautiful kitchen, all brand new, with plenty of cabinet space; a formal dining area for family dinners; a leather sofa and an additional pair of upholstered chairs for plenty of seating to watch television. There are televisions in each bedroom and a nice large television in the living area.

There are no additional charges to stay at this beautiful resort. Compare this value to two hotel rooms and you will see what a bargain a timeshare can be.

The unit will be assigned at check-in, unless you have a request of an upper floor. There are elevators at this resort.

Orlando International Resort Club offers single story, two-bedroom, two-bath timeshare villas, and two story, two-bedroom, three-bath townhomes. All accommodations offer at least 1,200 square feet of living space and are completely furnished and include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and central air and heat.

Prices/Quotes: Starting rates are for the smallest size unit (and a weeknight) booked for a full week within 60 days during the quietest season. Rates vary depending on season, length of stay (the longer the stay the less the average-per-night rate), unit size, if "upgrades" are available (from a smaller unit to a larger unit), if weekends are rented (which cost a great deal more than weeknights), and time of booking (we get and offer a substantial discount [40-50%] on anything within 60 days).

Availability: We often book dates/units at popular resorts that we think will rent. However, we have access to a LOT more inventory and may have the dates you need! Please submit a rental request to see if we have the dates/location/unit size you desire. We typically do not list units for rent outside of 60 days, because our discount is not effective until 60 days prior, and we would have to charge our clients too much to make it worth our time.

Limited Availability: Presidential units are rarely available. Limited availability at WorldMark resorts.

Minimum: All of our resorts have at least a two-night minimum, and a few are only rented weekly.

Unit information: We continually verify the amenity/unit information with the resorts, but cannot guarantee its accuracy if this information has changed since last contact with the resort.

Fees: Some resorts have parking or energy surcharges (Hawaii). If such fees apply, these will be listed on the resort page in our website. You will also be notified at the time of booking and the fees will be listed on the rental agreement. Guest Certificate Fee: Wyndham charges us $99-$129 every time we add a guest to a reservation. We have decided to SPLIT the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 PER UNIT/week [not per person] rented. A guest certificate is required for any unit that we [the owners] are not occupying.)

Average hotel cost: taken from the top 25 "pick" hotels from hotels.com for the selected dates and city (for 4 adults only;cost goes up for additional guests). Also does not include tax. Price per square foot is based on an average-sized hotel room of 300 square feet and is figured for the entire stay. Please note that hotels.com prices change frequently and the price shown is from the day our unit was entered onto our website.

Taxes: We do not charge any sales tax. The Hawaiian Islands (and some other areas, such as Mexico) charge a T.A.T. (Transient Accommodations Tax). It is required by the State of Hawaii for all resort and hotel guests. The rates are APPROXIMATELY as follows: $3.30/night for one bedroom suite, $4.00/night for one bedroom deluxe, $5.25/night for two bedroom deluxe, $7.70/night for two bedroom presidential, $9.50/night for three bedroom presidential, $11.25/night for four bedroom presidential.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is 4pm at all resorts, and check-out is 10am. Late check-outs are not permitted, as the resort needs plenty of time between guests to clean and prepare the units.
