Our prices are the TOTAL cost with no taxes!º When renting from a standard hotel or resort, you have to pay extra taxes and some timeshare companies charge for cleaning fees, full price for guest certificates, etc.

Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding.

¹Hotel cost taken from the top 25 "pick" hotels from hotels.com for the selected dates and city (for 2 adults only;
cost goes up for additional guests). Also does not include tax. Price per square foot is based on an average-sized
hotel room of 300 square feet and is figured for the entire stay.
²T.A.T. is the Transient Accommodations Tax. It is required by the State of Hawaii for all resort and hotel guests.
³Hotel cost for floating Hawaii weeks taken from a prime summer week.
