Our prices are the TOTAL cost with no taxes!º  When renting from a standard hotel or resort, you have to pay extra taxes and some timeshare companies charge for cleaning fees, full price for guest certificates, etc.
 
Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129.  We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented.  We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding.

Dolphin's Cove Resort is located within walking distance of Disneyland (less than one mile). The resort is a delightful open space condominium with large units and balconies overlooking spacious well-landscaped grounds. The area is quaint and relaxing, yet the sounds of the city add to the urban setting. The resort has a strong amenities package with social activities centered around a pool and water area.

One Bedroom Suite: 550 square feet, queen bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, balcony/deck.  Maximum occupancy is 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: 700-706 square feet, king bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, balcony/deck.  Maximum occupancy is 4.

Two Bedroom: 825-954 square feet, king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, one full bathroom, full kitchen, balcony/deck.  Maximum occupancy is 6.

Three Bedroom: 1117 square feet, king bed in the master, queen bed in the second room, two twins in the third bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, balcony/deck.  Maximum occupancy is 8.

Helpful Hints:

  • Restaurants and grocery store less than 1 mile; mall is 15-minute drive
  • No elevators to second floor

Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort is a seven-story timeshare property in Oceanside, Calif., and is the coastal city’s tallest building.

The two-tower, 146-unit resort is ideally located adjacent to Oceanside Municipal Pier, and features a public promenade and plaza with retail shops, a restaurant, outdoor café, and more.

Wyndham Oceanside at the Pier offers a combination of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium style villas, as well as eight luxuriously-appointed Presidential Suites. All units are fully furnished with living and dining areas, full kitchens, washer/dryer and more. Resort amenities include an outdoor pool, spa, children’s play area and exercise facility.

Two Bedroom Deluxe: 857-900 square feet, king bed in the master, queen bed in the second room, full sofa sleeper in the living room, two full bathrooms (whirlpool tub in master bath), full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, balcony.  Sleeps 6.

Located near the center of the Gaslamp Quarter of downtown San Diego, the NEW Harbour Lights is just steps away from shopping at the renowned Horton Plaza, featuring over 150 shops and restaurants. Also within walking distance are the Convention and Civic Center. Acclaimed restaurants and nightclubs are located next door to the resort. Be right in the heart of the action!

Units: studio units; 495-608 square feet with a king bed, partial kitchen and full bathroom.

Helpful Hints:

  • San Diego Trolley provides access to many surrounding attractions.

  • No on-site parking; valet parking available ($27/day valet fee) with unlimited use from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday

  • All units are studios except for one 1-bedroom unit.

  • Noise from the surrounding entertainment district is common.

  • Limited on-site activities program

  • As a courtesy to our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted at the resort. 

 

 

 

 

Unit Photos: Pictures represent units available for rent at this resort and are not necessarily of the unit being rented as units are assigned the week of check-in.  However, units are furnished similarly.

 

Unit Requests: Units are assigned the week of check-in, but we're happy to pass along any specific requests to the resort's front desk on your behalf.

 

Prices/Quotes: Starting rates are for the smallest size unit (and a weeknight) booked for a full week within 60 days during the quietest season.  Rates vary depending on season, length of stay (the longer the stay the less the average-per-night rate), unit size, if "upgrades" are available (from a smaller unit to a larger unit), if weekends are rented (which cost a great deal more than weeknights), and time of booking (we get and offer a substantial discount [40-50%] on anything within 60 days).

 

Availability: We often book dates/units at popular resorts that we think will rent.  However, we have access to a LOT more inventory and may have the dates you need!  Please submit a rental request to see if we have the dates/location/unit size you desire.  We typically do not list units for rent outside of 60 days, because our discount is not effective until 60 days prior, and we would have to charge our clients too much to make it worth our time. 

Limited Availability: Presidential units are rarely available.  Limited availability at WorldMark resorts.

 

Minimum: All of our resorts have at least a two-night minimum, and a few are only rented weekly.

 

Unit information: We continually verify the amenity/unit information with the resorts, but cannot guarantee its accuracy if this information has changed since last contact with the resort.

 

Fees: Some resorts have parking or energy surcharges (Hawaii).  If such fees apply, these will be listed on the resort page in our website.  You will also be notified at the time of booking and the fees will be listed on the rental agreement.  Guest Certificate Fee: Wyndham charges us $99-$129 every time we add a guest to a reservation.  We have decided to SPLIT the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 PER UNIT/week [not per person] rented.  A guest certificate is required for any unit that we [the owners] are not occupying.) 

 

Average hotel cost: taken from the top 25 "pick" hotels from hotels.com for the selected dates and city (for 4 adults only;cost goes up for additional guests).  Also does not include tax.  Price per square foot is based on an average-sized hotel room of 300 square feet and is figured for the entire stay.  Please note that hotels.com prices change frequently and the price shown is from the day our unit was entered onto our website.

 

Taxes: We do not charge any sales tax.  The Hawaiian Islands (and some other areas, such as Mexico) charge a T.A.T. (Transient Accommodations Tax).  It is required by the State of Hawaii for all resort and hotel guests.  The rates are APPROXIMATELY as follows: $3.30/night for one bedroom suite, $4.00/night for one bedroom deluxe, $5.25/night for two bedroom deluxe, $7.70/night for two bedroom presidential, $9.50/night for three bedroom presidential, $11.25/night for four bedroom presidential.

 

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is 4pm at all resorts, and check-out is 10am.  Late check-outs are not permitted, as the resort needs plenty of time between guests to clean and prepare the units.
