Effective October 15, 2008, Wyndham raised their guest certificate fees from $25 to $129. We have decided to split the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 per unit rented. We are very unhappy with this fee increase and apologize for any inconvenience, but appreciate your understanding.

Over the course of the past two and half months, significant progress has been made at Wyndham Nashville resort to repair damage caused by the flooding in early May. As a result of the great partnership between Wyndham’s Resort Renovation and Design department, the resort’s board of directors, insurance providers, resort staff and our construction teams, restoration has progressed faster than expected and we anticipate welcoming Wyndham Nashville back into the CLUB WYNDHAM® Plus portfolio of resorts by September 1, 2010.

We are making every effort to ensure that the resort is ready for your arrival; however, please note that there may still be areas of the resort under repair or some amenities that may not be available during your stay, even after September 1. While the Nashville, Tennessee area is also well on the road to recovery, some local attractions have also been affected and may either not be open or have been temporarily relocated to other areas of the city.

The elegant Wyndham Nashville is located in the heart of Music City, USA, within walking distance of the Opryland Hotel, the Grand Ole Opry, and just minutes from historic downtown Nashville. Nashville is perfect for everyone, from the excitement of Music Valley Drive to the reproduction of the Greek Parthenon. Enjoy many historic sites, including The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson, several Civil War battlefields, and grand plantations and mansions. Other activities include museums, the Nashville zoo, Springhouse Golf Course, and more. After a day's outing, relax in the indoor pool/spa.

From Wyndham: Please note that starting March 21 through May 31, 2010 this resort will be renovating the property’s buildings exteriors and unit interiors for your future enjoyment. During this time there will be limited availability for certain building requests; units adjacent to the renovation can expect some noise during daytime hours; several parking spaces throughout the resort used for staging will be unavailable. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and we thank you for your patience.

One Bedroom Suite: Approximately 500-639 square feet, king bed in the master, double sofa sleeper in the living room, compact kitchen, washer/dryer, balconies in some. Sleeps 4.

One Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 900-978 square feet, king bed in the master, double sofa sleeper in the living room, jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony. Sleeps 4.

Two Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 1072-1080 square feet, king bed in the master, two double beds in the second room, queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the master bath and a second full bathroom, washer/dryer, balcony. Sleeps 6-8.

Two Bedroom Lockoff: Approximately 1400-1617 square feet; the combination of a one bedroom suite and one bedroom deluxe.

Three Bedroom Lockoff: Approximately 1572-1719 square feet; the combination of a two bedroom deluxe and a one bedroom suite.

Four Bedroom Presidential: 2580 square feet, two masters with kind beds, king bed in the third bedroom, two doubles in the fourth bedroom, four full bathrooms with whirlpool tubs in the master baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony/deck. Maximum occupancy is 10.

Wyndham Smoky Mountains is the ideal vacation spot to enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Although the resort's physical address is in Sevierville, this Fairfield resort has an ideal location right on the Pigeon Forge line, with convenient access to downtown Pigeon Forge where you can enjoy Dollywood, dinner theaters, and shopping galore.

You will also want to visit Gatlinburg, and enjoy the specialty shops and museums. For wintertime fun, ski at Ober Gatlinburg. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day of peace and quiet or a day full of fun and excitement, you'll find that this resort has it all.

With panoramic views of the Smokies, the villas at Wyndham Smoky Mountains feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans, spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, entertainment centers, washer/dryer and other conveniences. All master suites offer whirlpool baths, and all units include balconies with views of the neighboring mountains and farmland.

Outside your mountain retreat at the amenity center, you'll enjoy an outdoor pool and spa, health club with indoor pool, modern exercise facilities, tanning room and sauna.

You might prefer to get your exercise on the beautiful walking trail that will set the stage for more than 900 miles of protected woodlands and other attractions of the area.

Unit Requests: Units are assigned the week of check-in, but we're happy to pass along any specific requests to the resort's front desk on your behalf.

Prices/Quotes: Starting rates are for the smallest size unit (and a weeknight) booked for a full week within 60 days during the quietest season. Rates vary depending on season, length of stay (the longer the stay the less the average-per-night rate), unit size, if "upgrades" are available (from a smaller unit to a larger unit), if weekends are rented (which cost a great deal more than weeknights), and time of booking (we get and offer a substantial discount [40-50%] on anything within 60 days).

Availability: We often book dates/units at popular resorts that we think will rent. However, we have access to a LOT more inventory and may have the dates you need! Please submit a rental request to see if we have the dates/location/unit size you desire. We typically do not list units for rent outside of 60 days, because our discount is not effective until 60 days prior, and we would have to charge our clients too much to make it worth our time.

Limited Availability: Presidential units are rarely available. Limited availability at WorldMark resorts.

Minimum: All of our resorts have at least a two-night minimum, and a few are only rented weekly.

Unit information: We continually verify the amenity/unit information with the resorts, but cannot guarantee its accuracy if this information has changed since last contact with the resort.

Fees: Some resorts have parking or energy surcharges (Hawaii). If such fees apply, these will be listed on the resort page in our website. You will also be notified at the time of booking and the fees will be listed on the rental agreement. Guest Certificate Fee: Wyndham charges us $99-$129 every time we add a guest to a reservation. We have decided to SPLIT the cost of this fee with our clients, charging $60 PER UNIT/week [not per person] rented. A guest certificate is required for any unit that we [the owners] are not occupying.)

Average hotel cost: taken from the top 25 "pick" hotels from hotels.com for the selected dates and city (for 4 adults only;cost goes up for additional guests). Also does not include tax. Price per square foot is based on an average-sized hotel room of 300 square feet and is figured for the entire stay. Please note that hotels.com prices change frequently and the price shown is from the day our unit was entered onto our website.

Taxes: We do not charge any sales tax. The Hawaiian Islands (and some other areas, such as Mexico) charge a T.A.T. (Transient Accommodations Tax). It is required by the State of Hawaii for all resort and hotel guests. The rates are APPROXIMATELY as follows: $3.30/night for one bedroom suite, $4.00/night for one bedroom deluxe, $5.25/night for two bedroom deluxe, $7.70/night for two bedroom presidential, $9.50/night for three bedroom presidential, $11.25/night for four bedroom presidential.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is 4pm at all resorts, and check-out is 10am. Late check-outs are not permitted, as the resort needs plenty of time between guests to clean and prepare the units.
